Upon receiving his credentials in the field of HVAC technology, Brian began his career as a service technician for one of the most prestigious residential companies. He then moved on to become a lead service technician for a large retail and commercial company. After several years in the service industry, Brian co-founded Control Temp. Brian holds industry licenses in both the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of New Hampshire.
As director of operations, Brian supervises customer relations and oversees our service technicians. Brian enjoys getting his hands dirty and spending some of his time in the field. With over 20 years in the HVAC industry, Brian's knowledge and experience are invaluable to Control Temp.

Jen graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Textual Studies. Her career commenced as an acquisitions editor for a Boston-based publishing firm. From there she became a marketing manager for a nationwide wine importer. With her acquisitions and marketing qualifications, she quickly moved to become the director of marketing for a highly accredited agency.
As director of finance & business operations, Jen is responsible for our fiscal management, creative strategies and human resource management. Jen's keen business sense, and her experience in customer relations, makes here ideal for managing our daily, in-house operation.

Brian and Jen have been happily married for just shy of two decades. They cherish spending time with their three beautiful children. During their free time, you can usually find Brian and Jen cheering on their kids at either a hockey rink or at a dance studio.
